The Quad Flow is an AI-powered productivity tool that automatically prioritizes tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix. We provide task ingestion from third-party services like Google Calendar and Gmail to assist in your daily planning.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any third-party integrations you connect. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. AI Recommendations

The Quad Flow uses artificial intelligence to categorize tasks. While we strive for high accuracy, these are recommendations only. You remain in full control of your tasks and should manually verify important classifications. The Quad Flow is not liable for any missed deadlines or errors resulting from AI-generated suggestions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Tier: Basic access with manual task entry.
• Starter/Premium Tiers: Paid subscriptions that include AI features and integrations.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your billing settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis via support.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the service or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Quad Flow is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
